Over the years, I’ve had clients comment that they had really benefitted from our work with performance breathing. Often they would finish with some form of “but I wish I could remember to use the breathing on a more consistent basis.”
Hunter Pflueger used his “HiLevel Performance Breathing” to help him recover from the extreme effort needed to finish fourth prone stock overall in his first Molokai 2 Oahu solo.
