Before passing judgment, it's crucial to take a step back, breathe, pause, and approach the situation with an open heart and mind.
Pausing to take a few deep breaths and centering ourselves can help us disengage from that reactive state and reconnect with our deeper values of acceptance, compassion, and kindness. By returning to your heart, you create the opportunity to be more empathetic and understanding.
When you approach others with acceptance, compassion and kindness, you are able to be present in a non judgmental way. Compassion allows you to share the challenges you face, rather than judging or condemning.
Moreover, living with an open heart allows you to connect, communicate, and experience positive change.
The title “Judge No One ” serves as a powerful reminder to open your heart to cultivate a sense of inner peace and well-being.
Steven Covey the Author of “The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People” explains that being proactive and taking action before it's needed can help you to choose to hold on to a positive image of friends, family members, students, or anyone through the lens of your inherent worth and potential as expressed by Covey.
By holding that vision of people as their best selves, it becomes much easier to approach them with the open heart, empathy and compassion advocated for in "Judge No One."
Proactively accepting people creates the space for understanding, growth and connection rather than criticism or conflict arising from judgment.
Tying Covey's wisdom about proactive acceptance in relationships avoids the tendency toward judgment. It reminds you to be proactive in viewing others through the highest lens possible.

Breathing: Breathing plays a vital role in connecting you to the present moment. Deep, conscious breathing activates the parasympathetic nervous system, reducing stress and promoting a sense of calm and clarity.
The proper breathing enables you to navigate challenges with resilience, and a profound sense of connection to yourself, others, and the world around you.
