To
be a good athlete, you have to work hard to develop the
necessary skills, fitness and focus for your sport. To become the
best that you can be, you have to be eager to push the limits
of your mental toughness, physical fitness and spiritual resolve.
And you must enjoy the process. To be successful
at a hi-level of all out effort, you need to establish
a balance of work and play and rest and relaxation. You
must also resolve all issues that cloud your performance
and it is important to maintain your commitment to getting
better.
Athletes at all levels experience the following challenges:
- Competition
- High expectations
- Injuries and illness
- Distractions and anxiety
- Difficult relations with teammates,
friends, significant others, parents, coaches, and the
administration and/or management.
- Frustrations from work,
life and the program.

Play Above
The Line : To play above the
line is to understand your reality and accept your teammates,
coaches and the administration.
Play With Fire: To express only positive
energy and the interest, intense desire, excitement and
passion you have for playing the game.
Play Smart: To accept yourself and others, to think, feel
and act like an athlete, to focus on giving your best effort
and to create huge amounts of positive energy.
If you want to get better at your game, I can help you
to evaluate your performance, assess your current situation,
identify your performance profile and resolve your issues.
Your focus will be to provide me with good data--the
thoughts and feelings about what you want to accomplish,
to be eager to do the inner work, to learn how to breathe,
to be calm, to manage your emotions and express all of
your intensity. I look forward to discussing the possibility
of working together to improve your performance.
